4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betfury Account credentials, including your username and password. betfury will never ask for your password via email, chat, or SMS.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your betfury Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify betfury immediately and change your password.
4.3 betfury strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. betfury shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an Account where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
4.4 You must not share your betfury Account with any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
5.1 Accepted Methods. betfury accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
5.2 Credit Card Prohibition. In compliance with Philippine regulations, betfury does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes. Attempts to fund a betfury Account using a credit card will be declined.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. betfury reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. 5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
6.1 betfury offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds, which are communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
6.3 betfury reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

6.5 Players who have opted into the betfury self-exclusion program are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the exclusion period.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the betfury Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any betfury content without prior written consent from betfury.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betfury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the betfury Platform.
10.2 betfury does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betfury shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
10.3 betfury's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their betfury Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit betfury's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 betfury collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
11.2 By registering on the betfury Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the betfury Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.3 betfury implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
11.4 betfury may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable law.
